Rules to ensure a pleasant and trouble-free stay for all guests.

Dear guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules, which serve to ensure your satisfaction, safety, and comfort during your stay at Villa Hrachovo.

1. Arrival and Departure (Check-in / Check-out)

  • Accommodation is possible on the day of arrival (check-in) from 15:00.
  • On the day of departure (check-out), it is necessary to vacate the villa by 10:00.
  • Earlier arrival or later departure is possible only by prior agreement with the landlord and may be subject to a fee.

2. Night Quiet Hours

We ask guests to observe night quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00. During this time, it is not allowed to cause excessive noise that could disturb neighbors or other residents of the village.

3. Smoking and Open Fire

In the entire interior space of Villa Hrachovo, it is strictly forbidden to smoke and handle open fires. Outdoor areas (terrace, garden) are designated for smoking. Please discard cigarette butts into the prepared ashtrays.

4. Liability for Damages

The guest is responsible for all damages caused to the property and equipment of the accommodation facility during their stay. In the event of damage, the guest is obliged to immediately report this fact to the landlord. The costs of repairing or replacing the damaged equipment will be billed to the guest.

5. Pets

Stays with pets are possible only by prior agreement with the landlord. The owner of the pet is fully responsible for its behavior and any damages or contamination.

6. Number of Accommodated Persons

The number of persons accommodated in the villa must not exceed the number of persons reported during reservation. Visits are permitted only with the landlord's consent.

7. Cleaning and Waste

  • Final cleaning is included in the price of the stay. However, we ask guests to leave the villa in reasonable order (washed dishes, gathered trash).
  • Please sort waste thoroughly according to the instructions available in the villa.

8. Safety

  • Upon leaving the villa, the guest is obliged to lock all entrance doors and close the windows.
  • Do not leave valuable items unattended. The landlord is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests' personal items.
