Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") govern the contractual relations between the operator of the accommodation facility Villa Hrachovo (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") and natural or legal persons who order accommodation services (hereinafter referred to as "Guest").

2. Booking and Conclusion of the Contract

The Guest can book a stay through the booking form on the website, by email, or by phone.

The booking becomes binding once the Operator confirms its receipt in writing (by email) and the Guest pays the deposit under point 3 of these T&C.

By submitting a booking request, the Guest confirms that they have read these T&C and agree to them.

3. Prices and Payment Conditions

Prices for accommodation and services are listed in the valid price list on the Operator's website. The prices are final, including VAT and local accommodation taxes.

To confirm a binding reservation, the Operator is entitled to request a deposit from the Guest amounting to 50% of the total price of the stay. The deposit is payable within the period specified in the booking confirmation.

The Guest is obliged to pay the remaining balance for accommodation at the latest on the arrival day of the stay, in cash or by bank transfer.

The Operator reserves the right to require a refundable deposit of 200 € from the Guest, which serves to cover any damage caused to the Operator's property. The deposit is payable upon arrival and will be refunded in full upon departure, provided no damage to the property has occurred.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Guest

• The Guest has the right to use all rented premises and their equipment in accordance with the accommodation rules.
• Check-in is on the day of arrival from 15:00. Check-out is on the day of departure by 10:00. Other times are possible only by agreement with the Operator.
• The Guest is obliged to respect the night quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00.
• The Guest is responsible for all damages caused to the Operator's property and is obliged to pay for them in full.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire building. Violation of this ban may be subject to a fine.
• The Guest is obliged to comply with all safety and fire regulations.

5. Cancellation Policy

The Guest has the right to cancel their reservation at any time in writing (by email).

Upon cancellation, the Operator is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee (the deposit will be refunded).
• Cancellation 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total stay price (the paid deposit).
• Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total stay price.

The Operator reserves the right to cancel the stay in case of serious and unpredictable circumstances (e.g. accident, natural disaster). In this case, the Guest will be refunded the entire amount paid.

6. Complaints

Any deficiencies or complaints regarding the quality of provided services must be reported by the Guest to the Operator immediately upon detection so they can be resolved. Later complaints will not be taken into account.

7. Protection of Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the relevant laws of the Slovak Republic. Detailed information can be found on our page Privacy Policy.

8. Final Provisions

These T&C and the legal relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these T&C. Changes are valid and effective as of the date of their publication on the website.

These T&C are valid from April 6, 2026.
